Who We Are
Just 4 U Pets Boutique is a curated pet boutique based in London, UK. We partner with trusted suppliers to bring you a wide range of quality pet products from around the world. Please note that orders may be dispatched from different locations depending on the product and delivery times may vary accordingly.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once processed, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- North America: 10–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days
These are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Split Shipments Because we work with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. This means:
- Items may ship from different locations
- You may receive multiple tracking numbers for one order
- Packages may arrive on different days
Each item will be dispatched as quickly as possible from its respective supplier. This allows us to offer a wider range of quality products while keeping costs competitive.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart:
- UK Standard Shipping: Rates displayed at checkout
- International Shipping: Rates vary by destination and are shown at checkout
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your order contains items from different suppliers, you may receive separate tracking numbers. Please monitor each package individually.
International Orders Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are determined by your local customs office. Delivery times may also be affected by customs clearance processes.
Delivery Issues
- Lost or damaged items: Contact us immediately at support@just4upetsboutique.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will resolve the issue promptly.
- Missing items from split shipments: Check all tracking numbers provided. If you have concerns, contact us and we'll investigate.
- Incorrect address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Order Changes & Cancellations Once an order is placed, processing begins immediately. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once items have been dispatched to our suppliers.
Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address.
- Some remote or rural locations may experience extended delivery times. Additional charges may apply for certain remote postcodes.
Delays Beyond Our Control Shipping times may occasionally be affected by severe weather, customs delays, carrier disruptions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
