Just 4 U Pets Boutique is a curated pet boutique based in London, UK. We partner with trusted suppliers to bring you a wide range of quality pet products from around the world. In some cases, returns may need to be directed to our supplier rather than to us directly — but don't worry, we manage the entire process on your behalf.

What Can Be Returned

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

What Cannot Be Returned

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened food or treats
Grooming products that have been used
Items marked as final sale
Personalised or custom-made items

Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with full return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Who Pays for Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

When You'll Receive Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you'd like.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve this as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
